I’ve been at 133 for the past few weeks (granted, I’ve not been the best about my intakes/hadn’t been writing them down like I had before). I’m going back to Dukan for just 5 days this week so I can break it and get back into the swing of things.
Thankfully school’s back in session so I can manage my workouts around my schedule or right when I wake up unlike when I was home for break and would just put off working out until the afternoon or something. I also bought some whey protein (super low in carbs and practically no sugar) so I’m hoping that’ll help with meal replacements too.
The only downside is that it’s been uncharacteristically warm in NY for January so everyone wants to go out on the weekends so I’ll have to worry about avoiding drinking :/ I was pretty good about it last semester though so I’m hoping that’ll stick :)
